passionate about supporting you.
Starting therapy - whether it’s your first time or you’ve been before, can feel really daunting. That makes total sense. When you’re opening up about your personal life, it’s natural to want to know who you’ll be working with and how they can actually help.
I know how much courage it takes to reach out, I’ll meet you where you’re at. You set the pace, and we go from there. No rushing, no pressure, no judgement - just a supportive space for you.
We’re all different. What works for one person might not work for another, so I tailor my approach to fit you. I draw from an integrative mix of cognitive, emotional, and creative therapies, and I work in ways that feel meaningful and doable for you.
I’ve been supporting people’s emotional wellbeing and mental health since 2006, and have worked across various community services, corporate, and educational settings. Through that work, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from all walks of life through their harder seasons.
I’ve supported clients with:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and depression
Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, HSP, learning differences)
Grief and loss
Chronic health conditions
Cultural identity and family of origin
Relationships, attachment patterns, and family dynamics
Self-esteem, confidence, and feeling “not enough”
Study or work-related stress
Life transitions and feeling stuck
Gaining clarity about yourself can help you feel more at peace inside and more connected in your relationships - including with yourself. But awareness alone isn't enough. I'll work with you to build practical strategies you can actually use, so insights translate into real growth. Over time, that helps you develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself and more fulfilling connections with others.
When you’re ready, I’d love to connect with you. Counselling sessions are available online/telehealth or in person in Ryde, Sydney.

stepping out into nature, doing something creative, cooking up a storm, on the search for a delicious pastry, at the farmers market, spending time with family, friends, and my goofy Labrador.
